well i found your store with great expectations and bought cartage for my HP Printer HP7500 E910. it was a combo of three coloured and one black cartage. after receiving them i was so exited that atlast this is not a fraud and i got ordered material. quickly i opened them as my costly printer was lying ideal since many weeks as refilling of original cartage was not giving desired results.
but all exitment went in air as soon as i installed them. my printer started giving massage that cartages are counterfit and stopped working. i tried my best for three hours by cleaning the contact points, changing the orders and lastly keeping three coloured original and replacing only black but as soon as i insert your cartage, it gives massage that cartage is missing/ damaged or counterfit. when i am replacing them with original once, printer is running alright. so my Rs 1600 gone in to water. kindly let me know what can be done.

One of the cartridge is not working so need replacement tried contacting threw all means.
