Dubaria Refill Ink For Use In HP 45 / 51645AA Black Ink Cartridge - 1 Liter Bottle

When I placed order for HP45, nowhere it said it is reinked cartridge. But I paid price of new near 1300 Rs. When I received it just now, it clearly says REINKED, with no date of manufacture. Next, the pack is half open, inside a cardboard courier box (can provide photos). When I used on the printer, it printed few pages proper, after which when my wife tried after 2 pages cartridge went EMPTY !! What a conning deal ?!?

I have expected better quality ink, but received product not suitable for HP 45 A cartridge.
